What the platform provides

A free-range hen on a Ghanaian farm

Verified farmers only

Every farmer is enrolled with a Ghana Card, a photo, and a GPS-verified farm location — one unique PoultryTrak ID each.

Young birds in a protected poultry pen

Leak-proof digital vouchers

Subsidized feed, day-old chicks, vaccines and medicine reach only the registered farmer — every redemption is logged.

A healthy hen in a biosecure enclosure

Biosecurity & records

Feed, vaccination and flock records follow each batch, building a trusted history for buyers, vets and regulators.

QR-code traceability

Scan it. Trust it.

Every batch carries a QR code that anyone — supermarkets, exporters, restaurants, consumers — can scan to see the farmer, region, placement date and source hatchery. Proof of Ghanaian origin in one scan.

How it works

STEP 01

Enrol the farmer

A field officer registers the farmer on site — Ghana Card scan, photo, and the farm's GPS position.

STEP 02

Issue secure inputs

Subsidized inputs are released against single-use digital vouchers tied to the farmer's identity.

STEP 03

Trace every batch

Chicks are registered as a batch with a QR passport that follows the birds to market.

A nationwide initiative for Ghana's poultry industry
